If your league has the Match Reviews feature enabled, you will see the new 'Reports' menu option under the league admin page:

Clicking on Reports will take you to:

And each of these submenus will allow you to see the raw review contents:

Tip - clicking on the date field will take you to the corresponding match scorecard.
